CUSTOM FURNITURE & DECOR

Whether you have just moved into a new home, or are looking to revamp your style to fall in love with your home all over again, we are here to help you! This package allows clients to choose what rooms, furniture and decor you are wanting to enhance. Helping people at whatever stage or style they are in, collectively designing a space for you to dwell in is our specialty.

OUR PROCESS

Discovery Call

During this initial phone call, we'll introduce ourselves, discuss the type of assistance you need for your home, and explain how we can support you. We'll also schedule your consultation at this time.

Consultation

This is a 60-90 minute walk through your space. We'll discuss your goals for the space and evaluate potential changes.

Follow-up Email

After the consultation, we'll send you a recap of our discussion, including a mood board that outlines the ideas and design direction we discussed. We'll also provide a detailed breakdown of our design services.

Contract

Once you approve the design service fee, we'll send you a contract. At this point, a 50% deposit of the design fees will be required.

If needed, we’ll revise the mood board to ensure it fully aligns with your vision.
Clients will receive a conceptual presentation showcasing the furniture and most decor items for each room.

This will include a pricing breakdown for the furniture and links to individual items or estimated prices for smaller decor items only available in-store.

We will schedule an in-person meeting of up to 90 minutes to review the furniture selections and discuss any desired changes.

Additional time or meetings are available at an extra fee of $75 per hour.

At this stage, a deposit is required for the furniture and decor items that have been pre-approved in the budget breakdown.
Our team will handle all shopping and sourcing for these pre-approved items.
Clients have the option to join us for one day of shopping to test out furniture options from the concepts.

Additional one-on-one shopping days can be arranged for a fee of $75 per hour.

4. We will coordinate all deliveries to your space.

This phase of your package includes access to design discounts ranging from 5-45% at major design stores such as Article, Crate and Barrel, West Elm, and more.

Abide staff will handle the installation of all furniture and decor throughout the space, except for curtains by the proposed date.

Drapery will be custom-made and installed by our trusted trades partner.

We will integrate any existing decor or furniture you choose to keep with the new items we've purchased, ensuring a cohesive and polished look.

Any unused or unwanted items will be returned and credited to you.

If more than two trips for returns are needed at your request, additional returns can be arranged for a fee of $75 per hour.
